Michael Stambolis-Ruhstorfer holds a PhD in sociology from UCLA (University of California Los Angeles) and the EHESS (École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales) and is an assistant professor in American and Gender Studies at the Université Bordeaux-Montaigne.
