Ariane Revel

Ariane Revel holds a doctorate in philosophy. She is the secretary of the Association for the Centre Michel Foucault and teaches at the Lycée Julie-Victoire Daubié in Argenteuil. Her work focuses on the modalities of writing political philosophy in modern times, and she is currently working on a book drawn from her dissertation on the relationships between philosophical writing and political transformation in the second half of the 18^th century. She is also interested in the contemporary relationships between philosophy and social sciences. She notably co-edited the volume Foucault(s) (Paris, Éditions de la Sorbonne, 2017).
