Fabrice Argounes is a doctoral student in international relations at the Institute of Political Studies in Bordeaux, and a member of the Political Science, International Relations and Territories research center (SPIRIT). His work is concerned with Oceania and the Asia-Pacific region, and the theory of international relations. He teaches at the Université Paris-Nord, at the Center for Research on Local Action (CERAL). Among his publications is Géopolitique de l’Australie (Éditions Complexe, 2006).
