Frederick Cooper

Frederick Cooper is professor of history at New York University. His books include Colonialism in Question: Theory, Knowledge History (Berkeley: University of California Press, 2005) and Africa Since 1940: The Past of the Present (Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 2002).
